These Guidelines apply to Fusion and Core networks, public and private communities, direct messages, technical rooms, encrypted rooms, event discussions, and collaborative features.

## 1. Purpose

The communities are designed for professional energy-industry collaboration, learning, supplier and project connections, and constructive discussion. Participate respectfully and within your authority.

## 2. Professional Conduct

You may disagree, challenge assumptions, and debate technical or commercial issues. You may not harass, threaten, intimidate, discriminate, shame, stalk, or coordinate abuse against others. Personal attacks, hate speech, sexual harassment, repeated disruption, and retaliation are prohibited.

## 3. Accuracy and Identity

Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your employer, role, credentials, certifications, project status, regulatory approval, or commercial authority. Clearly distinguish opinion, estimate, experience, and verified fact.

## 4. No Professional Relationship

Participation does not create an engineering, legal, financial, fiduciary, brokerage, consulting, regulatory, or other professional relationship. Users are responsible for obtaining qualified advice and verifying information.

## 5. Confidential and Restricted Information

Do not share information you are not authorized to disclose. Do not submit trade secrets, personal data, customer information, project documents, controlled technology, or confidential materials unless the room, participants, agreements, and security controls are appropriate.

Never submit classified, export-controlled, safeguards-sensitive, physical-security, cybersecurity, facility-access, restricted plant, or proprietary reactor-design information.

## 6. Encrypted and Private Rooms

Encryption and access controls reduce risk but do not guarantee confidentiality. Participants may copy, screenshot, download, record, or disclose content. A private room is not a replacement for a nondisclosure agreement, controlled data room, export-control review, or information-classification procedure.

Room owners must review membership and remove access promptly when no longer authorized.

## 7. Safety and High-Risk Topics

Hydrogen and nuclear discussions must not encourage bypassing safety codes, licensing, engineering review, quality assurance, security controls, or emergency procedures. Do not provide operational instructions intended to facilitate harm, sabotage, unauthorized access, or unlawful handling of hazardous or regulated materials.

## 8. Commercial Activity

Relevant professional introductions and transparent business discussion are permitted. Spam, mass solicitation, deceptive promotions, hidden sponsorships, repeated unsolicited messages, and manipulation are prohibited. Paid or sponsored participation must be disclosed where appropriate.

## 9. Intellectual Property

Post only material you have the right to share. Respect copyright, patents, trademarks, confidentiality, and license restrictions. By posting, you grant the license described in the Terms and Conditions.

## 10. Recording and Transcripts

Do not record, transcribe, or redistribute a room or meeting without authority and any legally required consent. Dynamic Bio may retain system logs and content for service operation, moderation, security, and legal compliance as described in the Privacy Policy.

## 11. Moderation

Dynamic Bio and authorized moderators may move, label, restrict, preserve, or remove content and may warn, mute, suspend, or remove participants. Moderation is discretionary and does not create a duty to monitor every interaction.

## 12. Reporting and Appeals

Report violations through in-product tools or dynamicbio.info@gmail.com. Include the room, user, date, content, and reason. A user may request review of a moderation action, but urgent safety or legal restrictions may remain in place during review.

## 13. Community Records

Community content may be visible to others according to room settings. Deleting an account may not remove content already shared, quoted, exported, retained for legal reasons, or preserved in backups.
